This is a comment in Facebook, correcting the wrong post of his/her friend (maybe?). Unfortunately, he/she is also wrong because Quezon City or QC is in NCR too (and he/she is proud of his/her comment). This is so funny!!!
SPEAKING ENGLISH IS EASY BUT WRITING, ENCODING OR TYPING IT, IS VERY HARD lol.....
If you dont know the spelling of some English words, dont use it. Maybe you can use Tagalog words instead of Tag-lish.
